Whether you are staying in a hotel for a vacation or having to book a last-minute hotel room for business, staying in a hotel can sometimes be a boring affair to say the least. If you are booked into a resort or holiday hotel there may be plenty of activities to do, but for those stuck staring at four walls for their little getaway, here are 5 fun ways to liven up your hotel stay to make it a little more memorable.

1) Make Yourself At Home

Why not enjoy the time in your hotel room by making yourself at home. Put on your pyjamas and order room service, watch some TV and take in the view from your window. Try out the minibar and see what delights it has to offer, and sit down to one of your favourite films you can order from the on-demand film service many hotels have. Chill, relax and make your stay comfortable at least!
 

2) Pamper Yourself!

Why not treat yourself the next time you stay in a hotel by upgrading your room. Many hotels offer upgrades such as Jacuzzi baths, extra room with a suite option or a fully stocked bar. If you’re into good food, why not try a hotel with a full kitchen to while away those hours by cooking yourself a gloriously delicious meal for one.
